Warranty Information for Products Purchased from SIA "Before & After"
All products purchased from SIA "Before & After" come with a 2-year warranty. The warranty card serves as proof of purchase and indicates the date of purchase.
The warranty covers damages caused by:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material quality issues
The warranty is not valid if:
- The proof of purchase document is not preserved
- Separate product parts (buttons, zippers, belts, etc.) are lost
- The product has mechanical damage or scratches caused by improper use
- The defect arose from using the product for unintended purposes
- The defect is a result of exposure to chemical substances
- The defect arose due to improper care or failure to follow the product's care instructions
- The product has been repaired by another service provider
- The defect is due to natural wear and tear
- The defect arose due to force majeure or an accident
The warranty does not apply if the care instructions provided by SIA "Before & After" are not followed.
Clothing Care Instructions:
- Choose clothing according to size and body shape
- Follow the manufacturer's care instructions to prevent color fading, deformation, or other quality issues
- Review the garment label before washing and follow the washing and ironing instructions
- Do not wash different colored clothes together to avoid fabric discoloration
- Turn garments inside out before washing
- Use detergents appropriate for the garment's color
- Select the proper cycle and temperature when machine washing to prevent shrinking and color fading
- Ensure no objects are left in pockets before washing
- Choose the appropriate drying method (e.g., machine drying if allowed)
- Use the appropriate ironing settings
- Avoid cleaning clothing with solvents or unsuitable chemicals
- Protect clothing from contact with chemical substances
Shoe Care Instructions:
- Choose shoes according to size and foot shape
- Follow the manufacturer's care instructions to avoid color fading, deformation, and other quality issues
- Use a shoehorn when putting on shoes to avoid deformation
- Treat shoes with a protective product to safeguard against harmful environmental factors. In wet weather, apply more frequently
- Care for natural leather shoes with appropriate products
- Do not wash shoes with water
- Protect natural leather shoes from rain
- Do not store shoes in direct sunlight, excessive heat, or humidity to avoid deformation or color loss. Store shoes in a cotton bag, in a cool, dark place
- Do not dry shoes on radiators or other heating devices
- Regularly maintain shoes with care products, and perform repairs if necessary
- Protect shoes from sharp objects and chemicals
- Do not clean shoes with solvents or other inappropriate chemicals
- Warranty does not cover defects like worn heels or defects caused by improper care, including normal wear and tear
