Refund policy
In accordance with the requirements of Regulation No. 255 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia "Regulations on distance contracts", and the buyer has the rights to request the return of goods and withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery by filling out and submitting the Before & After return form to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Process
The buyer must fill out the return form within the 14-day period and send it to the seller via email: info@beforeandafter.lv.
After submitting the form, the buyer must return the item to one of the designated parcel lockers provided by the seller:
Omniva Parcel Lockers:
- Dammes iela 36A, Rīgas Dammes ielas Mego pakomāts
- Anniņmuižas bulvāris 40A, Omniva Rīgas Anniņmuižas bulvāra RIMI pakomāts
DPD Parcel Lockers:
- Anniņmuižas bulvāris 40A
- Anniņmuižas bulvāris 25A
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except in cases where the reason for the return is a discrepancy with the ordered goods or a defect.
Upon receiving the return request, the seller will promptly notify the buyer of its approval by sending a message to the email address provided by the buyer.
Return Conditions
Returned goods must be:
- In the same condition as when received;
- Unused (without any signs of use) and not having lost their original appearance;
- Undamaged (this does not apply to items that were already damaged during delivery, for which the buyer made objections at the time of receipt);
- In their original packaging, with tags intact.
The buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the return process.
The seller reserves the right to refuse the return of goods if the return conditions and deadlines have not been met.
The 14-day period is considered observed if the goods are returned before the expiration of the period.
Refund
If the return is approved, Before & After commits to refund the amount paid by the buyer without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the day the buyer’s return request and the goods are received.
The refund will be made to the buyer’s bank account used for the original transaction on the Before & After website.
Please note that it may take time for your bank to process and credit the refund.
