Shipping policy

When placing an order, you have the option to choose from the following delivery methods:

Delivery to OMNIVA or DPD parcel terminals:

• Delivery cost – 3.00 Eur.
• Your order will be delivered to your chosen parcel terminal within 5 business days after order confirmation, which will be sent to your email.
• Once your order has been delivered to the selected OMNIVA or DPD parcel terminal, you will receive an SMS with information on how to collect your package.
• The delivery time may vary. If there are any delays, we will inform you.

Once the item arrives at the locker, you will receive a text message with a door code, locker location and storage time. Lockers are accessible 24/7, and the item will be stored for 7 calendar days. If the item is not collected within this time, it will be sent back to the Before & After store. In case the item is not picked up on time, you will need to cover the costs for reshipping.
